Ms Mavis Thomani is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 27 years of experience in financial management and reporting, asset and supply chain management, strategic business planning, budgeting, risk management, internal and external auditing, performance management and corporate governance across the public and private sectors. Her experience spans the taxation, manufacturing, science, engineering and technology sectors. She has over 19 years of combined experience serving on boards and Audit and Risk Committees of public and private sector companies, in executive and non-executive director and company secretarial capacities. She is the founder of Ephphatha Wealth Streams and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee member of Dynamic Fluid Control (DFC), Copaflo, Varibox Group, and Limpopo Jewellery Business Incubator.
