Ms Mavis Thomani is a Chartered Accountant (SA) professional and is the founder and CEO of Ephphatha Wealth Streams. She serves as a non-executive Board member and Audit and Risk Committee member of Dynamic Fluid Control (DFC) and Copaflo. She has over 25 years of experience in financial management, assets & supply chain management, strategic business planning, budgeting & reporting, internal & external auditing, risk management, taxation, start-up business support & funding, company secretariat, and corporate governance in the public and private sectors. She served in various financial executive and management roles, including being part of key decision-making committees in public and private sectors, the Innovation Hub Management Company (TIHMC), Datacentrix, SARS, and Pioneer Foods. She also served as an independent Board Audit and Risk Committee member at SANEDI and African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation (AEMFC). She served on the Board Audit and Risk Committee and Boards of public and private sector companies for over 17 years as Executive or Non-Executive Director and Company Secretariat.
