The Mintek corporate structure is headed by a Board of Directors, including a Chairperson and Mintek’s CEO, plus six to nine other members. The Board is appointed by the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy.
With the expertise of its Board, consisting of individuals with strong technical and business backgrounds, Mintek can ensure that its technological and social objectives make a meaningful contribution to the current and future economy of South Africa.
The CEO of Mintek is supported by the Executive Management team, comprising Group Executives for Mineral Processing & Characterisation, Extractive Metallurgy, Mining, Materials & Automation and Support Services, and 14 Executive Managers.
