Mr Livhu Ngengovhela is a private employment law consultant a serves as a Part-Time Commissioner at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA He has over 25 years of experience in employment law, including 15 years at the executive level. He served as the CEO of the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) and was the establishing General Secretary of the Printing and Packaging Statutory Council.
